「健康甜品‧精靈情人‧中西式甜品營養評選發佈會」
香港電台第一台健康節目「精靈一點」委託香港肥胖醫學會聯同香港中文大學確進糖尿專科中心分析50款熱門中西式甜品的各種營養成份,註冊營養師張翠芬及林思為根據每款甜品所含的熱量(相對跑步量)、脂肪(相對油份)、碳水化合物(相對糖份)、膽固醇及纖維素等,從而選出理想情人(10款最健康甜品)及壞情人(10款最不健康甜品),並給予評語及選擇甜品貼士,以供市民參考。按一般成人的中等活動量計算,女性每日約需1500卡路里,而男性每日約需2000卡路里的熱量。由於甜品並非主要食糧,所以進食甜品份量應限制於每日百分之十的營養所需,而每份甜品應不超過200卡路里,7克脂肪 (相等1.5茶匙油),25克碳水化合物(相等5茶匙糖)及30毫克膽固醇的攝取量為佳。
