減肥只局部減面、腰、臀,可以嗎?
不少人都對自己的體型不滿,希望改變自己的身型,以達到美觀的目的,不過這些問題往往和肥胖問題拉不上關係。身體的脂肪分佈很大部份是受遺傳因素所決定,局部性的問題,好像面部看似較肥等,並沒有什麼特定方法去明顯改變,而是整體減重才有效。
至於肥在腰/腹部,以健康立場而言,最重要的是分辨是否中央肥胖。亞洲成年人中央肥胖的定義標準為:男性腰圍 ≥ 90厘米(約35.5吋),女性腰圍 ≥ 80厘米(約31.5吋)。腰圍超過此數值即表示內臟脂肪堆積過多,大幅增加患上糖尿病、高血壓及心血管疾病的風險,而治療方面更要注重飲食調節及增加運動量。
