單以運動沒有飲食上的配合,要減去體重是很困難的
運動量而言,每天跑半小時,每次所消耗的熱量不過200卡路里而已。
不少人做完運動後會覺得口渴,因而飲帶甜味的飲品(汽水、果汁)等,而這些飲料往往含有不少的熱量,結果當然是白費工夫, 因為要減去一罐汽水所須要的運動量,已是走5至10層樓梯。
由於不少人高估了運動的功效,難免運動後會大吃一餐,當然最後也是白費工夫。
要減去體重的生活模式,是包括飲食上的改變和運動量的改善,飲食和運動同是重要的一環。
