腿部運動後變粗怎麼辦?很多人都有這個困惑!
運動會令部份脂肪減少而肌肉增加,雖然以減肥角度而言,這便是成效,但這從體重角度而言未必明顯反映出來。腿部運動後變粗,相信是因為跑步局部增加腿部大組肌肉量,故此令它變粗。部份人可能覺得美觀方面不佳,但從健康立場而言卻沒有問題。
如果介意這外觀問題,可多嘗試轉用其他運動。
