什麼活動才算運動呢?
根據專家定義,要符合「運動」這個詞,最少要同時滿足兩個條件:
1. 涉及大肌肉群的活動(例如腿部、背部、手臂等)
2. 活動時心跳明顯加快、微微出汗
跑步、游泳、打球、騎單車等都是帶氧運動,可以燃燒熱量及體內脂肪,有助控制體重!
