不恰當減肥有什麼壞處呢?
控制體重對健康很重要,但有些人卻把「瘦就是美」當成金科玉律,甚至把正常體重逼到低過下限, 聽起來很「勵志」,但從醫學角度來看,這完全缺乏根據!極端飲食減肥聽起來簡單,卻可能帶來一堆隱藏危機,讓我們來看看到底有哪些壞處:
營養不良:尤其是女生,鐵質攝取不足容易貧血,頭暈、疲勞天天上身!
骨質疏鬆:體重急劇下降或過輕,骨頭變得脆弱,未來骨折風險大增。
月經問題:體重太輕可能導致月經過少、甚至閉經,影響生育和荷爾蒙平衡。
飲食失調風險:不健康減肥習慣容易引致厭食症或暴食症等心理疾病。
