減肥的兩個階段:道引期與維持期
減肥一般可分為兩個重要階段:道引期(Induction) 和 維持期(Maintenance)。
道引期:這是減肥初期,體重快速下降的階段。在這個階段,透過改變飲食和增加運動,達到減重的目標相對容易。
維持期:當達到理想體重後,真正的挑戰開始了!維持減肥效果,防止體重回升,才是最困難的部分。
成功的關鍵:持之以恆的健康習慣和正確的心態是維持體重的秘訣。
